superb cleanliness close attention kind assistance
the cleanliness was superb everywhere from the lobby to the rooms. every detail was given close attention. its a standard that i noticed from the start. the staff provided assistance with kindness making me feel welcomed during the nights i stayed.
the room had dim lighting , made applying makeup a little difficult.

The room was clean. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but overall it was a great stay and excellent value for money. I recommend it highly..
The hotel restaurant was closed during the weekend of my visit. I expected more facilities for a five-star hotel. This was a little disappointing, though did not ruin my stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that I could leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel provided useful recommendations for local spots. The room featured automatic lights. I didn't have to manually switch lights on or off.

the hotel is in a central location, convenient to major attractions. rooms are beautiful and clean. the staff are friendly and multilingual so i found my requests were always taken care of efficiently.
there were no hooks to hang even towels in the bathroom.
